'Cool Your Jets' (Mary Baker, 2025, tet) at 8 p.m.
COOL YOUR JETS (Mary Baker, 2025, tet) is a r
uffled clear pink, yellow, and orange polychrome with a tropical look and feel. Large deep green throats highlight and cool the blooms while drawing the eye. Flowers have heavy substance, excellent sun resistance, and measure 6.75 inches. First set of scapes has three-way branching and 20 buds on 28 inch scapes. Like its pollen parent JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER, it consistently reblooms in my garden. Rebloom scapes have two-way branching and 11 buds held well above the foliage on 23 inch scapes. COOL YOUR JETS starts blooming in midseason and has semi-evergreen foliage. It is fertile both ways and has produced some nice seedlings. It is not a fast increaser, but will become a stunning clump with a bit of time and patience. Seedling 1553FE: The Goldilocks Effect X Joseph Christopher. $125 (two fans) SOLD OUT
